Well, well, a double helping of several New Street Authors performed as part of the 39th Birmingham Jazz Festival.
Aided by David Wake, David Muir, Dawn Bolton, Wanda Pierpoint, Jaki Thompson, Punam Farmah, Martin Tracey and last but not least, Lucy Brisbane, we read from our latest works to a wonderful audience, plus the sound crew, and then a hungrier group who swarmed all over David’s new zombie apocalypse comedy, Dawn and Dave of the Dead.
All in all, it was good reading performance experience and I enjoyed the role of MC.
Here’s to next year.
