David Wake moderated a panel on independent publishing at the recent Worldcon, the SF convention, held this year at Glasgow’s SEC.
The event was well attended with standing room only and led to some lively and informative discussion of indie publishing.
Also on the panel were George Sanderson of Titan Books, Orana Leckert who runs publishing at Kickstarter, Ryan Cahil who a best selling indie fantasy writer and from Seattle, Claire E. Jones representing diversity in publishing.
The hour was simply not enough and the conversation carried on throughout the rest of the convention. David sold out of Punk Publishing, his and Andy Conway’s guide on why and how to self-publish.
