New Street Authors Day at the Wolverhampton Literature Festival

The Wolverhampton Literature Festival returns for 2018 with a day of readings and events featuring NEW STREET AUTHORS.

Put Saturday 27th January in your diaries for a literary treat, and a not-to-be-missed workshop on indie publishing.

 

INDIE & SELF-PUBLISHING WORKSHOP
1.30 – 2.30pm. Wolverhampton Art Gallery
Andrew Sparke, AA Abbott, Martin Tracey and Andy Conway.
Indie publishing is a tool for writers to take control, by producing books for niche markets that trade publishers ignore. This short workshop tells every author what they need to know to become a professional, self-publishing entity.

ON THE DOG WALK: Read by author David J Robertson
2.00 – 3.00pm. Wolverhampton Central Library (Children’s section) 
Local author David J Robertson’s third book On the Dog Walk follows the adventures of border collie Misty and her friends. Come and meet the author, some of his furry friends and see some of the original artwork from the book that follows Dognapped! and In The Doghouse.

LEE BENSON READS HENRY EGG STORIES

FICTION FROM NEW STREET AUTHORS
7.00-8.00pm. Wolverhampton Art Gallery
New Street Authors Andrew Sparke, Lee Benson, Andy Conway, AA Abbott and Martin Tracey read from their latest fiction.
